REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns. Each order is hand-crafted to order so make sure you are purchasing the correct item and the item for your hair porosity. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase. If your items have not shipped they can be exchanged for an item of the same value within 48 hours of your purchase. After that, your order is final.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item outside of your purchase, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of any damages so it will be easier for us to take action and either give you a refund or replace your items. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The refund will include the total cost of your products, excluding shipping.
