  • WHO CAN USE ESSENTIALS BY NAWAL?
    Anyone of all hair textures and porosities can use Essentials by Nawal!
  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
    It all depends on your hair thickness, porosity and hair goals. Because our hair butters are 100% organic and vegan, you can use it for different purposes! Use the LCO method (Liquid, Cream, Oil) or LOC method (Liquid, Oil, Cream). The hair butters acts as a "cream", and if melted fully, is also "oil", two in one! Moisturize + Seal Hair Butter - For styling, it is recommended to use daily in small portions. For low porosity hair and/or oil-prone hair, use even small amounts after washing. Soften + Smooth Hair Butter - Use as needed to smoothen stray hairs for all porosities. If you have braids/locs use small portions for the scalp. Repair + Restore Hi-Po Hair Butter - Use once a week for best results. It can be used as a hot oil treatment for scalp massages (melt a spoonful and massage). Repair + Restore Low-Po Hair Butter - Use once to twice a week for best results. It can be used as a hot oil treatment for scalp massages (melt a spoonful and massage). Satin Scrunchies - Ditch the abrasive hair ties and opt for a safer and silkier hair tie that won't cause breakage still will hold your hair! Bonnets - Wear this every night to ensure a frizzy-less hair day! Both sides can be used!
  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND ORGANIC?
    Simple answer, YES! All ingredients are derived straight from Mother Nature.

  • WHY CAN'T I FIND MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
    Tracking information becomes live as soon as our carrier scans the package. If it does not show after 48 hours, please feel free to send us an email and we can get that sorted at hello@essentialsbynawal.com!

  • WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
    After we ship your products and send the confirmation information, it is the carrier's responsibility to bring it to you in a timely manner. If delays occur, please reach out directly to the carrier and hold them accountable for possible inconveniences.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    You will have 48 hours to cancel your order, but once the item(s) is shipped, then refunds and cancellations are not possible, so please be mindful on what you're ordering!
  • DO I HAVE TO KEEP TRACK OF CUSTOM/DUTY FEES?
    Yes you do. If international fees incur, it is your responsibility to cover the costs to retrieve your package. If you do not cover them, it will be considered abandoned, in which we have no control nor be held responsible for next steps.
