"I created Essentials by Nawal after a long time of not knowing what is good for my hair and what to avoid. So, I touched back into my Somali roots and to research to see what ingredients provided the best and lasting results. Our mission is to bridge the gap between quality hair products and accessibility. Everyone deserves to have the products that lets their hair transformations speak for itself.​

I created products that are 100% VEGAN and ORGANIC that caters to our very unique hair textures and porosities. Each head of hair, varying from age, hair texture and porosity, and  potential styling damages, has its own needs, and Essentials by Nawal aims to give the hair what it wants!"
